As extensions of the greater whole, the relationship we have with self is absolutely sacred. You are but a piece of infinity, and how you experience life correlates directly to your frequency and the level of awareness that governs it, building cumulatively over time. Monitoring and exploring your thoughts, beliefs, actions and programming is essential to upgrading your experience. The coding of your nervous system and subconscious mind dictates the way you perceive others and life itself. A solid foundation is paramount in order to build and create meaningfully in this magical world— and I believe that experiencing “Heaven” here is actually our birthright.

I began doing this work because I wanted to heal myself— which eventually inspired me to empower others. We all experience bouts of stuck-ness, stagnancy, yearning, hopelessness, overwhelm, desperation and dis-ease in life… I sure have. I know what it’s like to swim in the sea of lostness and desperation, doubtful that you’ll ever emerge from the abyss. You’re not alone.

There came a point when I realized that being supported and getting my needs met didn’t mean sacrificing my sovereignty— instead, this fostered it. I was deeply influenced by the guides who illuminated my own development. I tried to “go it alone” and found myself in extended periods of utter isolation. Yet every major breakthrough was precipitated by the support of certain relationships on my path. This is because we’re all connected and here to help each other in mysterious ways— as if a greater plan is orchestrating the puzzles pieces here in the physical. The truth is, we’re not meant to do this alone. I truly believe we are all just here to walk each other home— and know that many of us are already coded into each other’s paths.

I’m here to remind you of your already innate wholeness— your worthiness, inherent enough-ness, deservingness and limitless possibility. In my role as an Energy Healer, we focus on recalibrating your energy, which is the invisible blueprint of our physical experience. When we take initiative, align our inner realms and commit to physical life, our external world has no choice but to follow suit and reshape itself.
