Due to her schedule and to ensure that she can maintain the highest level of service, the following cancellation policy has been established:
No Cancellations: Once a booking or appointment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but we encourage our clients to be mindful and plan their appointments carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
Rescheduling within 48 Hours: If you need to make changes to your booking, you may reschedule it without any penalty as long as you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated. However, don’t hesitate to email Olivia in the case of extenuating circumstances. She’ll always do her best to find the optimal solution.
No-Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-show. If you have booked Energy Healing and you do not arrive in the Zoom Meeting, Olivia will begin the distance healing transmission without the pre-session discussion. The energetic transmission works with or without connective technology, irrespective of distance and/or time.
