“Coherence” is when the body, nervous system, energy field and conscious mind/perception are all working together. It’s when the layers and systems that make you up are no longer pulling against each other… operating with more harmony. You experience less static and can finally hear and feel yourself with clarity.

In sessions, I create a proxy (or composite energetic copy) of your energy field out in front of me, which creates a link that activates and conveys the information needed for the session. This is rooted in quantum principles (the understanding that consciousness and energy are non-local). Many clients feel the work just as strongly, or more strongly, than in-person healing, because you remain in the safety and comfort of your own environment.

There are now two ways to work with me in a 1:1 session capacity, as I’ve recently added a 60-minute focused Reiki-only option in addition to Signature Sessions. Reiki is one of the tools woven into Signature Sessions, but they aren’t Reiki-only. Having been trained in Usui Reiki at the Master Level over a period of several years, I deeply honor this tool use it with the utmost respect. But it’s only one component of the biofield work. What I offer in this level is a fusion that helps address all layers of self. There’s a lot of deep, focused, coherence-directive energy work occurring simultaneously within my process. We may also draw upon a host of other concepts like psychic healing, direct frequency transmission, parts work, self-inquiry/perceptual work, somatic awareness, sacred geometry, nervous system regulation, light breathwork, regression techniques, etc… Every session is its own unique configuration, and is completely tailored to you. So the actual method varies greatly, and always relies on direct energetic/intuitive data and higher guidance. Regardless of the option, we always move at the pace of your system. This is deeply self-honoring work. You can pause anytime.

Everyone’s experience is unique and all of them are completely valid. Many clients report warmth, tingling, waves of deep relaxation, emotional softening, subtle energy movement or simply a profound sense of being held. Some drift into a meditative or sleep-like state. Others feel very little during the session and notice shifts in the days and weeks that follow. You don't need to feel anything specific for the work to be happening. And it’s okay if you fall asleep during the silent portion. There are no rules.

There's no universal answer as every system is uniquely different. A single session can catalyze significant shifts. Packages allow deeper layers to surface and integrate over time. Because your patterns, nervous system coding, and subconscious cycles weren't formed overnight, sustained work tends to produce the most lasting results. Yes! This work is complementary, not a replacement for medical or mental health care. Many clients work with regular doctors, therapists, etc. or other holistic practitioners alongside sessions here. Skepticism is welcome. The mind naturally wonders and that’s healthy. You don't need to have it figured out. Cultures have recognized the existence of the biofield since ancient times, whether or not we have a solidified scientific framework for it yet. Many clients came in unsure and were surprised by what they felt. Openness is the only requirement. The work meets you where you are (and not just in a poetic, cliche way).

Within one week of your Signature Session, you'll receive a 1-2 page follow-up report via email covering what I picked up on during your session. This includes any guidance or messages that came through, and personalized recommendations for integration moving forward. Many clients describe the Brief as being just as healing as the session itself. It also serves as a map for allowing your system to acclimate energetically, and for continuing the work on your own moving forward. You don’t move forward blindly.

Absolutely. Energy healing, Reiki, and any other process utilized does not conflict with any belief system. This work has nothing to do with dogma and more to do with the structural reality of your underlying mechanics (energy and body). In fact, you don’t even need to “believe” in energy work to benefit from it and feel its power. All belief systems can coexist with this work… it truly meets you where you are and does not attempt to override. Your current structures are respected and honored. All I ask is that you keep an open mind about the boundless possibility and inner potential that may reveal itself in the process.
