When we address the underlying issues, the symptoms can naturally dissipate and dissolve.

  • One-on-one live coaching and healing sessions weekly (or biweekly) where we will uncover the root of the issues you’re experiencing and work to balance your being mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

  • Energy Healing / Reiki: As a conduit for Reiki Universal Energy, I also utilize a variety of other techniques and forms of energy healing to amplify and direct the energies in order to clear, purify, balance and align your entire being.

As extensions of the greater whole, the relationship we have with self is absolutely sacred. You are but a piece of infinity, and how you experience life correlates directly to your frequency and the level of awareness that governs it. Monitoring and exploring your thoughts, beliefs, actions and programming is essential to upgrading your experience on a daily basis, which also builds cumulatively over time. What is encoded in your subconscious mind, as well as your relationship to your emotions, dictates the way you perceive others and life itself. A solid foundation is paramount in order to build and create meaningfully in this magical world.

I began doing this work after my Kundalini Awakening because I wanted to heal myself, which eventually led to a deep inspiration to empower others. We all experience bouts of stuckness, stagnancy, yearning, hopelessness, overwhelm, and dis-ease in life… I sure did. For years I felt lost, even doubtful that I would ever find my way out of the abyss.

I was deeply influenced by the guides who illuminated the way for me to develop into the being I’ve become. I tried to “go it alone” at many points on my journey, and found myself in periods of utter isolation… yet every major breakthrough I had was precipitated by the support and guidance of certain relationships on my path. This is because we are all connected, and we are here to help each other in mysterious ways, as if a greater plan is orchestrating each and every puzzle piece to find its place in the appropriate time. The truth is, we’re not meant to do this alone. I truly believe we are all just here to walk each other home.

I’m here to simply remind you of your already innate wellness, greatness, potential, possibility, and wholeness. In my role as an energetic healer, I focus on balancing and strengthening your energy, which is the invisible blueprint of our physical experience. When we align our inner realms, our external world has no choice but to follow suit. When working in a mentorship capacity, I also utilize modalities like Parts Work, Shadow Work, Self Inquiry Practices, Subconscious Reprogramming Techniques, Breathwork, Meditation and many more to elucidate the most effective path to your healing and the manifestation of your callings.   • -Private One-On-One Sessions With Olivia, featuring a beautiful and potent fusion of Energy Healing/Alignment & Personal Mentorship.

    -After our initial discussion, I outline a specific program or “map” that together we will walk through on this transformational journey. I tailor each session to your specific needs, so no two sessions are alike. This is all about intentionally understanding and attuning to your personal path.

    -After each session, I also email you a detailed summary of our work together, as well as any additional suggestions, guidance or practices for you to use in the interim and moving forward. Archive these emails for future reference!

    -You’ll also receive a recording of each session for you to reference the processes we used, our discussions, AND to utilize the energy healing via video if you choose, as often as you’d like… FOREVER! These are yours to keep and take with you as you progress!

    -You’ll also have personal access to me between our sessions in the event that a pressing question or issue arises!

  • -Upon signing up, you’ll have the opportunity to book your sessions online at your convenience. I usually book sessions between 1PM - 8PM ET but if a specific time is needed otherwise, we can definitely discuss this.

  • Each session is approximately 60 minutes long, in order to provide ample time for energy healing as well as the other holistic modalities I use— and for you to discuss anything that may be on your mind and heart during this time.

  • -No worries! If you are uncomfortable meeting via Zoom, we can always have our sessions via traditional phone calls instead.

    -Although recordings are provided for your benefit, if you are uncomfortable being recorded, we don’t have to record the sessions. My first priority is always to create a safe space and sacred and intentional container where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. However that translates for you, I honor that.

  • I totally understand that “life” happens! You can always reschedule your session within 48 hours of the booked day/time with absolutely no penalty. I try to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling when these moments occur.

  • This is a deeply intentional, intimate experience for you to be supported in a safe, sacred, loving space as you overcome highly personal challenges in order to liberate your past, present and future life experience. I am here as a compassionate and understanding guide who has walked my own journey of healing, integration and growth. I am here not to dictate to you, but to work with you to create the life experience you wholeheartedly deserve. This journey can be incredibly trying at times, but I can tell you from personal experience that when we break through the resistance by accepting, loving and attuning to each and every part of ourselves, our entire perspective shifts and life becomes very different.
